1. Introduction
Welcome to ReFoot.in! By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. These terms govern your use of the ReFoot.in platform for the sale of your products and services to business customers.
2. Eligibility
To register as a seller on ReFoot.in, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, whether as an individual or as an authorized representative of a business entity.
  • You are not prohibited from selling or engaging in commercial transactions under any law of India.
3. Seller Registration
To become a registered seller, you must complete the Seller Registration Form on ReFoot.in, providing true, accurate, and complete information.
You must update your information if there are any changes, including contact details and product listings.
ReFoot.in reserves the right to verify and approve your registration.
4. Product Listings
As a seller, you are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, prices, and availability of the products you list on ReFoot.in. All product images and content must comply with ReFoot.in’s guidelines, ensuring that they are professional, clear, and relevant to your offering. You may not list products that are illegal, prohibited, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
5. Pricing and Payments
You are responsible for setting your product prices on ReFoot.in. All prices must be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. ReFoot.in will facilitate payment collection from customers, and payments to sellers will be processed according to ReFoot’s payout schedule. You must ensure that your payment information is up-to-date to receive payments promptly.
6. Order Fulfillment
You must fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner. This includes ensuring that products are shipped as per the confirmed details and delivering the product within the promised delivery timeframe. You are responsible for the quality, safety, and packaging of the products you ship. Any returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled as per ReFoot’s return policy.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
ReFoot.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if:
  • You violate any terms of this agreement.
  • Your actions cause harm to the platform, its users, or other sellers.
  • You engage in fraudulent activities or unethical practices.
In case of termination, all outstanding orders and payments will be settled as per ReFoot’s policies.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the products you sell. By listing products on ReFoot.in, you grant ReFoot a non-exclusive license to use your product images, descriptions, and trademarks for promotional purposes on the platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, the parties agree to resolve issues amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved as per the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
10. Changes to the Terms
ReFoot.in may update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

4. Product Listings (उत्पाद लिस्टिंग)
Seller hone ke nate, aapko apne products ki accurate descriptions, prices, aur availability dena hoga. Sabhi product images aur content ko ReFoot.in ki guidelines ke anuroop hona chahiye. Aap illegal, prohibited, ya intellectual property rights ko violate karne wale products ko list nahi kar sakte.
5. Pricing and Payments (कीमतें और भुगतान)
Aap apne products ke liye prices set karne ke liye responsible hain. Sabhi prices applicable laws aur regulations ke according hone chahiye. ReFoot.in customers se payment collect karega aur sellers ko payment ReFoot ke payout schedule ke according process karega. Aapko orders ko time par aur professional tareeke se fulfill karna hoga.
